Why I Do What I Do
“I didn’t just study psychology — I lived through experiences that made me curious about the mind, emotions, and healing. My personal journey is what led me to this field. That’s why I understand how vulnerable, scary, and beautiful this path of inner work can be.”
My Therapeutic Approach
I work from a holistic and integrative lens, combining evidence-based psychological models with neuroscience, hypnotherapy, and transpersonal frameworks. I believe that true healing goes beyond just thoughts and behavior which is why my timeline went from studying psychology ( learning about thoughts, emotions and human behaviour) to neuroscience ( what happens inside our body, and what all is responsible from the inside impacting our psyche) to hypnotherapy ( exploring deeper portions of our unconscious and resolving issues beyond this time and space) — as it involves the mind, body, subconscious, and sometimes even deeper elements like early childhood, womb experiences, or intergenerational patterns.
I tailor each therapy plan to the client’s needs, using a client-centered approach and drawing from modalities such as:
Psychodynamic Therapy
Behavioural Therapy
Solution-Focused Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Gestalt Therapy
Transpersonal Psychology (my personal favorite)
While I am deeply spiritual in my personal life and have shaped my lifestyle around those values, I maintain strict professional boundaries and never impose my personal beliefs in sessions. My role is to support you in exploring and aligning with your own values, beliefs, and goals.
How I work best with clients :
While I work with both short-term and long-term therapy goals, I personally feel most aligned when I’m able to walk alongside someone for a longer stretch of their journey. It gives me the space to form a deep and meaningful connection with my clients, while still maintaining strong professional boundaries. Over time, I get to witness their growth not just in relation to the issue they initially brought in, but in so many beautiful, unexpected areas of their lives. That kind of sacred therapeutic relationship is something I truly and deeply value in my work.
Of course, not everyone needs long-term therapy to create change, and I’m equally here for focused, short-term goals. But if you're someone who wants to go deep and grow in many directions, that’s the kind of work that truly aligns with me.
Who I Work Best With
Roughly 70% of my current client base is aged between 21 and 40, of course it does not limited therapy to this age or beyond this. It’s just what the data shows. I also work effectively with teenagers aged 13–18.
I do not work with children below 11 years of age. For clients above the age of 50, please consider the following:
My office is located on the first floor, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
If the client is brought in by family and is resistant or not open to therapy, results may be minimal. Therapy requires willingness and emotional readiness.
In such cases, I may suggest a referral to a psychologist closer in age or one specializing in geriatric concerns.
If the individual requires psychiatric medication, I can refer you to a trusted psychiatrist for parallel support.
LGBTQIA+ Inclusivity
I proudly work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and gay couples, many of whom have been with me in therapy for years.
However, if you are still in the process of discovering your sexuality and need focused support in identity exploration, I would be happy to refer you to a therapist who specializes in that area. I work best with individuals who have already identified their sexual orientation and are navigating general life issues or any other challenges of life.
Working Days & Booking Information
I do not work on Saturdays.
All sessions — both Indian and international — are booked via the official booking link on my website. You can view my availability and select a time that suits you best.
For international clients, if the time zones do not align with listed slots, we can coordinate manually and I will book a suitable slot after mutual agreement.
Therapeutic Boundaries and Emergency Protocols
Therapy is a safe, consistent, and confidential space — but it is not a 24/7 crisis service. I do not respond to messages or calls outside of session time unless previously discussed or agreed upon. If you are in a state of emotional emergency or crisis, please seek immediate help via a local mental health helpline, hospital, or psychiatric service.
Boundaries are essential in building a secure therapeutic relationship. I maintain strict professional ethics, confidentiality, and clear session structures so you can feel grounded and supported throughout our work together.
Final Note
If you’ve come this far in reading — thank you. It’s normal to feel unsure when choosing a therapist. You don’t need to have all the answers, you just need a little willingness to explore your inner world. If you feel a sense of resonance with my work, I’d be honored to walk beside you on your journey
