CANCELLATION POLICY
The time allotted to the client is reserved only for them. Remember anyone else could've had that slot at your place if you have to cancel or reschedule the appointment so please follow the next steps.
If you need to cancel or postpone a session, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a cancellation charge of 500 INR to cover administrative costs and the reserved time slot.
REFUND POLICY
No refund would be given once the slot had been reserved by the client. You can only reschedule the appointment if informed 1 day prior.
