Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure that appointment times are managed fairly and that each client receives dedicated time and attention, please read the following policy before booking your session.

Rescheduling Your Session

If you need to change your appointment time, you can reschedule your session at any time up to 3 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Your booking confirmation email contains a “Reschedule your session” link. Please use this link to make any changes to your appointment.

Rescheduling requests made through WhatsApp or other messaging channels cannot be processed. Your therapist may not be available to respond to messages at short notice, and the automated rescheduling link is the quickest and most reliable way to secure a new appointment time.

Please note that once the 3-hour rescheduling window has passed, the appointment can no longer be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Once a session has been booked, it cannot be cancelled for a refund.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to attend, the session fee remains non-refundable.

We therefore encourage you to choose your appointment time carefully and, if you need to change it, use the “Reschedule your session” option in your confirmation email before the 3-hour cut-off.

Package Sessions

Our session packages are non-refundable once purchased.

There is no expiry or fixed time limit for using the sessions included in your package. You may use your sessions at a time that works for you, subject to appointment availability.
